Responsibilities
Organize and deliver all training activites to Agents and Leaders as per training plan, which include preparation, delivery, and completing pre and post training based on standard operating procedures to increase their activities and productivities
As a regional trainer, you are preferably as a LOCAL RESIDENCE at one of this region :
Denpasar - Bandung - Jakarta - Medan - Palembang - Lampung - Malang - Surabaya - Balikpapan - Samarinda
Requirements
- Having minimum 3 (three) years working experiences as a trainer
- Having good communication skill, service oriented, coaching skill and continuous selp development
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
- Preferably as local residence at one of this region : Denpasar, Bandung, Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Lampung, Malang, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Samarinda
